We’re happy to tailor our services to your business’ personal needs!

  • In the most basic terms, we’ll make sure the money going in and out of your business is recorded accurately. You’ll know where your business is at financially during the year, and your accountant will thank you at the end of it.

    We’ll also handle filing your sales tax returns, as applicable to your business.

  • From paying your employees, to filing the necessary reports with CRA and WorkSafe BC, we’ll keep your business compliant while keeping your employees happy!

  • If you need more help with the finance-operation side of things, we’re happy to help. This can include tracking bills & supplier statements, and preparing bill payments. This can also include issuing invoices & statements to customers, and recording payments received.

  • If you want to implement a budget to compare your finances to last year, or by month-to-month, we can help.

  • We’ll preface this by stating - we are not accountants. However, everyone on our team previously worked for an accounting firm and have taken tax preparation courses.

    With that said, we provide this service on a case-by-case basis. We may advise you to seek an accountant’s help if your tax situation warrants it.

Our Rates

Due to the varied needs from each business, we prefer to not use generic tiers to price our monthly services.

During our initial meeting, we’ll ask you questions about your business and the services you need, and will provide a quote for the first month working together. This is the case for both on-going services and one-time projects or training.

For on-going services, our invoices are issued on a monthly basis at the end of the month.
